The person who i am going to write about is my godmother. Her name is Marisol she's
like 30 years old and she likes to look and feel good. She works out everyday when she can because she works and before going to work she work out for 15 mins the least. My godmother likes to be in fit and be healthy. She's the only one from her family that likes to be nice and fit and healthy. She likes to run, she goes does the Running Marathon. She sometimes goes for a run in the mountains with her best friend or by her self. She eats 3 to 4 times a day sometimes. She checks what she eats and whats in it and everything. She's always eating veggies or fruit everyday and if she's not then she make's a smoothie out of veggies or fruits or both but she does it. She exercise 3 times a day when she doesn't work.
Every morning when she wakes up(6:30) she eats something healthy like fruit with yogurt and granola or sometimes just makes a shake with fruit and veggies. Then when she's done she gets ready to go run around a big park or school or if not she goes to the beach or to the mountains. She runs for an 1 1/2 depends and when she's done she takes another shake but its from powder, she takes it and when she's done she gets ready to go do her things. For lunch like around 12 or 1 she sometimes if she's in the street she eats a little snack like an energy or nutrition bar (she always has one with her). But when she is home she eats a chicken salad with like a lot of things in it. if she doesn't want that then she eats chicken with veggies or she eats shrimp with veggies or even boiled eggs in her salad. The most foods she eats are; banana, apple, lemon, eggs, avocado, and blue berries.
What does Marisol my godmother does to stay fit?
well to stay fit you need your heart to be pumping good, and in order to find out your heart rate
you can do something to find out. You can do an exercise or even just walk, well you can start by walking slow but not that slow either then slowly you can speed it up like by walking fast or running or doing jumping jacks something then check your heart rate by touching your wrist or neck. Stay still and you will fell it. then count for like 10 sec how fast your heart is pumping, then you subtract 220-by your age and you will find your heart rate how fast your heart is pumping. Anyways, well my godmother does that when she is done with an exercise or running, but before you exercise make sure you stretch warm up do a simple warm as long as your stretching your muscles its fine. Marisol is in good shape she has her abs and everything she's healthy she feels and looks good. I admire her so much i always learn something from my godmother. Oh and almost forgot you can eat sweets but just a little and always work out and stay healthy and in fit and in shape with your body. Anyone can do it.
